Our school conducted an insightful workshop for the Administrative Staff on Emotional Well-Being, led by resource person Ms. Neeraja.
The session focused on understanding emotions, building resilience, managing stress effectively, and fostering a supportive and positive workplace. Through engaging discussions and practical tools, our admin team explored ways to strengthen communication, nurture empathy, and prioritize mental wellness.
The workshop was both inspiring and meaningful, reminding us that emotional well-being is essential to personal growth and to creating a compassionate school environment for our students and colleagues.
